I have learned several things in my writing class. Things that I never
experience before and things that I understand at first, but I understand it
even more now. The first thing that the lecturers do is to explains about the
topic that we are going to learn in the second semester and they tell us to
make a blog. I had never known how to make a blog nor to write a blog. But now,
by the help of the lecturers, we all can make a blog. I think that it is more
fun to do that because not only we can use the technology for educations but we
also love the earth and reduce the use of paper. I have also learned how to
make a correct sentence, and how much words that a sentence should consist. I
have also learned basic parts of speech: preposition, adverb, and adjective. There
are several words that I don't know, and I underlined them or highlight them so
I can look them up in the dictionary and find out what their meanings.
Everything is going smoothly so far. Thankfully, I understand every lesson
that the lecturers had gave me, and it is not as hard as I thought it would be,
and hopefully it will stays that way. Even though I already understand the
lesson, sometimes I make a summary or write a note about the important points of each topic
so that I don’t forget about it. The writing class really helps me improving my
writing, but I’m still struggling about when I should use each tense, and my
grammar still all over the place. Hopefully, I could be more careful about each
word that I write. I’m grateful to have the lecturer as my guidance, they tell
us which one is wrong and shows us the right one.
